Using ProbeScribe with Velox

Two steps after each exam: paste the draft, upload the worksheet.

Step 1 Paste the radiologist draft into Velox

On the ProbeScribe report screen, click Copy Radiologist Draft. Use the text copy, not the PDF.

Then, in Velox:

  1. Open the patient's study.
  2. Create a blank electronic report.

    Click Add Document, then Report > Electronic.

    Choose a blank template (e.g. Basic Report).
  3. Paste the draft. Save.

    Paste into the body, then click Save.
Step 2 Upload the sonographer worksheet PDF

In ProbeScribe, click Generate PDF to download the worksheet. If the worksheet is not finalized yet, a prompt first offers to finalize it or continue without. Upload beats scanning; scan only if your workflow needs paper.

Then, in Velox:

  1. Open the patient's study.
  2. Upload the PDF (or scan the printout).

    Click Add Document, then Worksheet.
  3. Confirm it landed on the correct study.
Done. The Velox study now has the radiologist draft (text) and the sonographer worksheet (PDF).

Intended use and limitations. ProbeScribe is a structured-reporting aid for sonographer worksheets and radiologist drafts. It is not a diagnostic device and is not intended for primary image interpretation. The radiologist retains full clinical responsibility for reviewing measurements and findings against the source images. See the full intended use statement.
